Valerian root extract (50 mg), Lavender extract (20 mg), Chamomile extract (10 mg), Hibiscus extract (10 mg), Melatonin (1 mg), Pullulan, Cellulose, Raspberry Flavor, Malic acid, Xylitol, Lecithin, Erythritol, Sorbitol Syrup, Medium Chain Triglycerides, Steviol Glycosides.

Place one oral strip on your tongue shortly before bedtime and allow it to dissolve before swallowing. No water needed.

Take one strip a day. Do not exceed one strip per day.
