Suggested Use

Mix half a scoop (6.5 g) in 8–10 oz of cold beverage. Best taken pre-workout, post-workout, or between meals.

Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), L-Glutamine, BCAA 2:1:1, Citric Acid, Natural Flavors, Potassium Citrate, Silicon Dioxide, Sucralose, Sodium Chloride, Beet Powder (Color), Grape Skin Extract (Color), Acesulfame Potassium.
