APACHE STAR ships worldwide from our certified U.S. fulfillment centers to deliver premium products with speed and reliability.

Order Processing

  • All orders are fulfilled by our U.S. partner warehouses (main hub: Denver, Colorado).

  • Standard processing time: 2–5 business days before shipment.

    • Large orders (200+ items) may require 5–10 business days.

  • Once an order is accepted by the fulfillment team, it can no longer be modified or canceled.

International Shipping Costs & Customs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight/size.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in our prices.
    These charges are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

  • Customs agencies often calculate fees based on the declared retail price.


Product Restrictions

Some countries restrict certain nutritional supplements or ingredients.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that ordered products are permitted in the destination country.
Orders refused by customs due to product restrictions are not eligible for a refund.


Split Shipments

Because products are stocked in multiple U.S. warehouses, your order may ship in multiple packages at no additional cost.
You will receive separate tracking numbers if your order is split.


Supplements

  • All supplements are shipped directly from U.S. fulfillment centers to ensure freshness and quality.

  • For health and safety reasons, supplements cannot be returned once shipped.

  • However, our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to request a full refund if you are not completely satisfied—no return required.
