30-Day Return Window (Fashion & Accessories)

You may return all non-supplement items within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

No restocking fees will be charged.

Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

For health and safety reasons, opened or unopened supplements cannot be returned once shipped.
However, your satisfaction matters:

you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery—no return required. -

Our team will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you also have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days
for any reason and without justification.
Items must be in their original, unused condition with proof of purchase.
