Sodium (as sodium citrate) 80 mg, potassium (as potassium citrate) 75 mg, vitamin B1 (as thiamine hydrochloride) 1.5 mg, vitamin B2 (as riboflavin) 1.7 mg, vitamin B3 (as niacin) 20 mg, vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride) 2 mg, folic acid 400 mcg, vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin) 6 mcg, pantothenic acid (as D-calcium pantothenate) 5 mg, calcium (as dicalcium phosphate) 170 mg, phosphorus (as dicalcium phosphate) 120 mg, magnesium (as magnesium oxide) 48 mg, chromium (as chromium nicotinate) 30 mcg, dicreatine malate 1,500 mg, L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate 1,500 mg, beta-alanine 750 mg, caffeine 175 mg, energy / endurance / focus matrix 550 mg (L-taurine, betaine anhydrous, waxy maize, L-citrulline malate, glycocyamine, glucuronolactone, L-tyrosine).

Other ingredients: maltodextrin, citric acid, fruit punch flavor, dextrose, sucralose, silicon dioxide.

Mix 1 or 2 scoops in 6–8 ounces of cold beverage. Assess tolerance by taking 1 scoop. If well tolerated, take 1 to 2 scoops 30 minutes before working out. Do not exceed 2 scoops daily.
