SUGGESTED USE

As a dietary supplement, adults use one (1) scoop of powder in 6–8 oz (177–237 ml) of cold water or your favorite beverage. Consume within 10 minutes of mixing.

COLOSTRUM & THE GUT BARRIER

A 2022 systematic review in Nutrients examined nine studies on bovine colostrum and exercise-induced intestinal permeability in athletes, and reported that supplementation helped reverse the increase in gut permeability caused by vigorous exercise. The authors note that well-designed randomised trials are still needed to establish optimal dosing. The trials reviewed used roughly 20–60 g of colostrum per day; one serving of this powder provides 2.3 g.
