IRON STRIPS - RASPBERRY | 2 Month Supply

Iron and folate in a fast-dissolving raspberry strip. One strip a day, on the tongue, no water needed. Two-month supply.

Folate (400 mcg DFE, as 240 mcg folic acid), Iron (as Ferric Saccharate), Pullulan, Cellulose, Lecithin, Raspberry flavor, Monk Fruit extract, Citric acid, Medium chain triglycerides, Xanthan Gum, Steviol glycosides.

Place one oral strip on your tongue and allow it to dissolve before swallowing. No water needed, so it works anywhere — at your desk, in the gym, or while travelling.

Take one strip anytime that suits your routine. Do not exceed one strip per day.

Iron is absorbed more readily on an empty stomach, but some people find it gentler alongside food. Both work — take it the way you tolerate best, and at a consistent time of day so it becomes a habit.

Store in a cool, dry place and keep the tin closed. Consult a healthcare professional if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, or have a medical condition.
