Here you will find everything you need to know about payment, ordering, shipping, refunds, sizes, etc. You will surely find your answer here. If this is not the case, do not hesitate to contact us.

Shipment

It usually takes 3 - 7 days to process an order, after which it will be shipped. The delivery time depends on your location and is estimated as follows:

●  Europe: 6 - 8 business days

● Australia & New Zealand : 2 - 14 business days

● Japan: 4 - 8 business days

●  International: 10 - 20 business days

Shipping within Germany

DHL goods mail (incl. tracking)

For shipments up to 1-2 parts (in maxi letter format). The shipments can be tracked. If a package is lost or damaged, we will try to work things out with DHL. Unfortunately, the show is in the "worst case". not insured and no refund can be given.

DHL package (with tracking and insurance)

Unlimited items. A DHL package is always with tracking and insurance and there is a claim for compensation in the event of damage.

Shipping within the EU & worldwide

Warenpost International (without tracking and without insurance)

This is the cheapest shipping method for international shipping. However, the packages cannot be tracked and if a shipment is lost or damaged, there is no claim for compensation from the package service provider. I.e. you are liable in the event of damage.

Warenpost International Tracked (with tracking)

The packages can be tracked. If a package is lost or damaged, we will go into communication with DHL. Unfortunately, the show is in the "worst case". not insured and no refund can be given.

DHL Parcel International (with tracking and insurance)

For several items with a higher weight, a DHL package is usually the cheapest option within the EU and worldwide. A DHL package always comes with tracking and insurance, so there is a claim for compensation in the event of damage.

Depending on the weight and size of the order, the orders are shipped with DHL or Deutsche Post. During the checkout process, you can decide for yourself how you want us to ship your order.


By default, individual shirts are sent with Warenpost including tracking within Germany. We usually send a hoodie or several products insured with DHL (also tracked).

We ship your goods in boxes made from recycled cardboard. In addition, your new products will be wrapped in tissue paper. No plastic packaging is used to protect the environment.

We work with an on-demand company that fulfills orders with facilities around the world. Your order will always be carried out at the production site that is closest to you.

We work with carriers like USPS, FedEx, DPD, and DHL to give you the best possible shipping experience.

We ship worldwide, but there are some countries that we are unable to ship to due to government or trucking restrictions.

These are:

●  Russia

●  Ecuador

●  Because

●  North Korea

●  Syria

International orders may incur an additional duty and tax fee. This fee is beyond our control and is determined by the local customs office. Customs regulations vary from country to country. Therefore, please inquire directly at the local customs office whether they charge duties and taxes on your purchases.

Before contacting us, please help us as follows:

● Check the shipping confirmation email for errors in the shipping address.

● Ask the local post office if the package is there.

● Check with your neighbors if the courier delivered the package to them.

If the delivery address was correct and the package wasn't delivered to the post office or your neighbor, get in touch with us here with your order number or send us an email info@apachestar.com.

If you've found an error in your shipping address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own expense.

Carriers calculate real-time shipping rates primarily based on the zip code provided, so it's possible to enter an incorrectly formatted address and still ship the shipment.

If your address is incorrect and the post office cannot deliver the shipment, the shipment may be returned to us. In this case we would contact you and discuss with you how to proceed.

We work with a print-on-demand dropshipper. These have locations all over the world. Depending on where you are, orders will be processed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

Once your order is ready, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can click on this number to consult the latest updates of your shipment.

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, the status and delivery of the shipment depends on the carrier's tracking service. You are welcome to us to contactif there is any problem with the order.

We are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us fix this quickly, please email us within a week with photos of the damaged product, the order number, and any other details you have about your order info@apachestar.com. We will send you a solution as soon as possible!

return

We work with a print-on-demand provider who only produces the items when they are ordered. To avoid unnecessary overproduction, I ask you to think about the environment and not to order unnecessary products.

If something is wrong with your order, you can return it within 14 days. Please let us know if there is anything wrong with the order or you are unsatisfied by either contacting us right away here or contact us via email at info@apachestar.com!

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If any of these points apply, contact our customers at info@apachestar.com with photos of the wrong/damaged items and we'll take care of it.

We work with a print-on-demand provider who only produces the items when they are ordered.
To avoid unnecessary production of items, check our size charts to check which size fits. We have one for each item in our store in the product description.

While it's rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If this is the case, please let us know within a week of receiving your order here or by email to info@apachestar.com. Include the order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We'll send you a new one or refund you the purchase price!

no After printing, slight residue from the pre-treatment and/or a press impression of the printing plate can be seen. These can be washed out after the first wash without leaving any residue.

The pre-treatment is water-based and free of chemicals and ensures high wash resistance and brilliance of the print. Many are familiar with DTG printing and know that pre-treatment in DTG is part of it and represents a quality feature.

In general, all textiles that have been pre-treated should be washed relatively soon after production, otherwise, under certain circumstances and improper storage, the frame may not completely disappear.
